Mock Usability Session

Simulated experiences designed for observation and product interaction.

Adapted from our experiences in ethnography and operations management, these simulations examine habits, practices and interactions. We probe for needs, desires, wishes and improvements. We look for subtleties. We look for struggles. We look for success. We watch for what can’t be said.
